Nordic walking, the art of „healthy walking with specially designed sticks“, has become THE modern form of endurance sport. Using the sticks is what makes training out of just walking, the muscles of the upper body are also used. Nordic walking is suitable for everyone from trained sportsmen to those who do not usually exercise.
We have gone out and tested some great routes for you. And so that you don’t need to bring your sticks with you, as a special service we have sticks for you to borrow when you go Nordic walking, completely free of charge! (Just let us know when you book!)
